I have been collecting ideas from my friends lately. With Christmas just around the corner, I'm putting these in the "for next year" file.
You know I love a
wreath over a mirror... especially berries!
Another beautiful swag with a matching wreath above.
Check out this AMAZING idea! I'm stealing this idea for next year (thanks, Laura). Love it, love it, love it!
My friend Laura was just full of fun ideas. Look at their "stockings." So adorable. They are even personalized.
I found this picture online a few months ago... another great alternative to the traditional stocking. We bought a couple of santa hats at the Dollar Tree last year.
Seven days and counting .... falalalala!

I love seeing what other people do in their homes. Such creativity that I never would have thought of!
I filing away lots of ideas too for next year! Thia year kinda snuck up on me! I love the look of that mantle, those red and white lollipops are so cute, and the blue pots with paper whites. It is still so beautifully Christmasy without the red and green theme! Thanks for sharing!
Cute ideas!

I am a sucker for anything buckets, I would have never thought about using them in place of stockings. Thanks for the fun ideas.
I love the buckets! Our white stockings worked years ago but they are not really our style anymore but those buckets look great
Love this! If you find something fun for the mailbox, please let me know! Mine needs loads of help!
Love, love, love the nutcrackers on the shelf..so cool!
Great ideas!
I LOVE the buckets as "stockings"!
Guess what? We may have matching houses next year! Whoever puts it up first gets to use the idea... ever heard of Christmas in July??? Just teasing you, my love!
Loved looking at all of your inspiration goodies. The Santa hat idea is fantastic and certainly unique.
Oooh - buckets! I like it! Hey - I have an idea - Let's have a party next year where we all bring stuff and make matching swags and garlands.
Let's have a tutorial first, though, so I show up with the right stuff.
Do not be afraid.
I am going to fly out and stay with you for a few weeks so that you'll rub off on my decorating sense.
You won't notice me at all--just go about your normal activities. OH, and if you want to chat, I'm your girl.
Everything looks even better in pictures. Your sweet for posting all these. I did have the kids collect some pine cones in the yard to add to my IKEA ornaments. They needed a little extra something in there.
What beautiful ideas! I might have to "borrow" some for next year :-)
Great ideas!! I love the ribbon that looks like candy cane, buckets, berry wreaths, well, it's all great!
