Sunday Rest

The angel said,
"Do not be afraid, I'm here to announce a great and joyful event
that is meant for everybody, worldwide.
A Savior has just been born in David's hometown,
a Savior who is Messiah and Master.
This is what you are to look for:
a baby wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger."

At once the angel was joined by a huge angelic
choir singing God's praises:
Glory to God in the heavenly heights,
Peace to all men and women on earth
who please him.
Luke 2:9-14

I love this familiar story in a different version. Can it actually have been a year since you all were preparing for your trip to Germany?? Have a great visit with C. Miss Dixie

Our pastor said in passing this week that Angels must have been really scary looking because they always start by saying "fear not". HAHA I thought that was a cute observation to think about!....Love your blog!

I found you through Natalie's Rocky River site... I just wanted to say that I was so blessed by your quote in your sidebar about being too busy to listen to our children. I'm gonna write that one down.

Merry Christmas!
