Sunday Rest

I will lead the blind by ways they have not known,
along unfamiliar paths I will guide them;
I will turn the darkness into light before them
and make the rough places smooth.
These are the things I will do.
I will not forsake them.
Isaiah 42:15-17

I'm so glad HE is leading me along the unfamiliar paths and smoothing out the bumps in the road.
Thanks for sharing.

Great reminder today. Praise the Lord the Bible is full of so many verses that bring comfort. He knew we would certainly need them.

oh how thankful i am for how true these words were for me on thursday night.

that was DEFINITELY an completely unfamiliar path, & He clearly guided my every step. He also used others to minister to me physically, emotionally, & spiritually. In doing so, He turned darkness into light b/c my memory of that v. scary, v. vulnerable situation isn't characterized by the fear, but by His great LOVE for me. And I can see that through this experience, He is in the process of making the rough places smooth for me.

These are the things He DID.
He did NOT forsake me!

Ever grateful to Him,
TZ

Thank you G. for this sweet promise and it comforts me concerning my 93 year old Mama who just cannot see and it breaks my heart. I am going to share this with her for her comfort as well. Thank you for faithfully sharing His Word which gives life. Miss Dixie
